A NOTE FROM OUR FOUNDERS
In 2023, we introduced The Beacon—a consulting service and agency designed to adapt seamlessly to the needs of modern and purpose-driven businesses seeking bespoke communications support. More than just a traditional agency, we wanted The Beacon to be highly flexible and purpose-driven, offering ‘in-house’ style partnership whilst leveraging big agency expertise and the agility to respond to short- and long-term goals. The Beacon aims to be a guiding light in today’s increasingly intricate communications landscape, one that isn’t one size fits all and needs to consider people and planet in all it does.
Our mission is to do great work with great people. Our core values are kindness, integrity and transparency. We want to guide meaningful change-empowering progress that benefits our industry and positively impacts our local communities, wider society and the natural world. At the heart of our mission is a commitment to protecting our shared home, championing inclusivity, and challenging industry norms, while nurturing a community of conscious communicators. We pride ourselves on being a truly inclusive employer, implementing concrete practices that support diversity and work-life balance.
Our focus on cultivating mindful, impactful communication ensures that our messages - and those of the businesses we partner with - resonate across all audiences. This multifaceted approach - fostering inclusivity, conscious communications, and support for purpose-driven enterprises – creates proof points for our socially responsible business values.
We are committed to partnering with organisations that share our values and vision for a more sustainable, equitable future. By harnessing the power of strategic, conscious communications, we aim to elevate voices that matter and stories that need to be told, ultimately contributing to a world where business for good is the norm, not the exception.
