Our founding team members each have a unique perspective, having started out in the luxury, fashion and hospitality sectors respectively. We met at The Communications Store, where we spent more than a decade working together proudly representing pioneering, best-in-class lifestyle businesses, from start-ups to household names and global brands. Our expertise spans wellness, travel, fashion, F&B, retail, placemaking, interiors, private banking, motoring, homeware and luxury retail. Between us, we have delivered truly stand-out campaigns that have started important conversations and driven real change for our clients, and we have been privileged to have done it working alongside some of the best in the business.

We came together in 2023 to launch The Beacon. To shine a light for businesses looking for personal, ‘in-house’ support and guidance in an increasingly complex communications landscape that is dominated by big agencies.
